How much does it cost?
From £149, depending on size. You’ll see your price before you pay.
How long does it take, and will the power go off?
2-6 hours depending on size. Power is switched off briefly, circuit by circuit, and we’ll agree timing to keep disruption low.
What if the report finds problems?
Your electrician will explain them and can quote any remedial work, with no obligation to accept.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. It’s free with at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll refund you in full or move your booking. With less notice, or if no one is there when the electrician arrives, your payment is non-refundable.
Premises Ready arranges bookings. Inspections are carried out by independent electricians.
